  2. Can I customize my service packages?

    Absolutely. Our offerings and services are able to be customized as needed.

  3. Where do you offer services? Are they in-person or virtually?

    All services are available within the United States and territories. Services such as lessons are virtual unless otherwise noted. 

  4. Where is my order? How early should I request services?

    As early as possible. For lessons, no later than 48 hour notice is greatly appreciated.

  5. How soon will I receive my order from the shop?

    Please allow up to 7-10 business days. Contact admin@ericdtoliver.com for any further assistance.

  6. Where do you ship?

    Only within the United States and territories.

  7. When will I receive the content (photos, videos, etc.) from my event?

    Content turnaround time varies based on event scale and artist schedules, typically ranging from 4 to 8 weeks. This ensures high-quality content. Specific turnaround times can be provided upon request for your event or project (may be subject to fees).

  8. Do you travel for events/bookings? How far do you travel and is there a cost attached?

    Yes. Travel and accommodations will be discussed during initial consultation.

  9. What should I do if I received damaged products or didn’t receive my order?

    If products arrive damaged or defective, you can request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.

    If you haven’t received your order, report your problem using the contact form below. Claims regarding orders that haven’t been received must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery date.

  10. Can I modify my order?

    You can’t modify an order once it’s placed. Our products are made to order and produced right after the order is placed to ensure faster delivery. If you’ve changed your mind about the purchase, you can request to cancel your order using the form below. If production hasn’t started yet, we’ll be able to cancel your order.

  11. What is your return policy?

    We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

  12. How can I track my order?

    Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status.

  13. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

  14. What size should I order?

    Please refer to our size guide under each product listing for detailed measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
